Ingredients

  • 1 1 pouch Tilda Long Grain Rice

  • 2 Tbsp 2 vegetable oil

  • 1 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove 1 garlic, crushed

  • 1 tsp 1 freshly grated ginger

  • 50 g 50 kimchi, drained

  • 3 Tbsp 3 soy sauce

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 1 1 spring onion, finely sliced

Method

  • In large pan, heat 1 Tbsp of oil and gently fry onion, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until softened. Add drained kimchi and heat for couple more minutes.
  • Heat rice in microwave for 1 minute, then add to kimchi mix.
  • Drizzle in soy sauce and mix in well. Keep warm.
  • Fry eggs in remaining oil for few minutes to suit your preference.
  • Divide kimchi rice between two bowls and top each with fried egg and sprinkle of spring onion.
