Overnight Probiotic Honey Oats

Ingredients
1/4 tsp 1/4 each, ground turmeric, ginger and cinnamon
1/2 cup 1/2 raditional rolled oats
1/2 cup 1/2 Babushkas Honey and Turmeric Kefir
cup milk of your choice, dairy or plant-based
3 tsp 3 chia seeds
2 tsp 2 honey
1/2 1/2 mango, finely chopped, passionfruit, mixed fresh berries
Method
- Combine all the slices together.
- Add ¼ cup rolled oats to each of 2 jars.
- Combine Babushka’s Kefir, milk and honey. Spoon half into each jar. Stir in 1½ teaspoon chia seeds and half the spices into each jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, top with finely chopped fresh or frozen mango, passionfruit or berries. Serve in jars or spoon into bowls and serve with extra Babushka’s Kefir.
