Ingredients

  • cup caster sugar

  • cup water

  • 125 ml 125 white rum

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 60 ml 60 store-bought green juice

  • 250 ml 250 soda water

  • ½ bunch ½ mint leaves

  • 5 cups 5 ice

Method

  • Place sugar and water in a saucepan on low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • When cool, combine sugar syrup, rum, lime juice, green juice, soda water and mint leaves in a jug.
  • Pour mixture in the jug of your blender and add ice. Blend until mixture is thick. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  • Serve immediately in glasses or cups.
