⅓ cup ⅓ caster sugar
⅓ cup ⅓ water
125 ml 125 white rum
Juice of 2 limes
60 ml 60 store-bought green juice
250 ml 250 soda water
½ bunch ½ mint leaves
5 cups 5 ice
Method
- Place sugar and water in a saucepan on low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- When cool, combine sugar syrup, rum, lime juice, green juice, soda water and mint leaves in a jug.
- Pour mixture in the jug of your blender and add ice. Blend until mixture is thick. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- Serve immediately in glasses or cups.
