Lime and Spinach Curry Puffs

- Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced.
- Pour Vegan Made Easy Lime Spinach Dahl into a sieve over a bowl to remove excess liquid. Using a 11cm- round cookie cutter, cut 12 rounds from store-bought frozen shortcrust pastry.
- Place 1 1⁄2 Tbsp of dahl mixture in centre of each pastry round. Brush edges with egg, then fold to enclose and press with a fork to seal.
- Place on oven trays lined with baking paper. Brush with egg and scatter with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with combined Beerenberg Mango Chutney, diced mango and cucumber, along with lime wedges and coriander on the side.
