Ingredients

  • 6 6 eggs

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 (80ml) milk

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (80g) diced cooked bacon

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (60g) grated cheese

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (30g) chopped chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Line muffin tin with paper cases or grease.
  • Whisk eggs and milk.
  • Stir in bacon, cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
  • Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with a herb or two.
