MARKET MAGAZINE PTY LTD GAME OF CHANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SUMMARY
1. This promotion is conducted, and the prize is administered by the Market Magazine Pty Ltd ABN 73 651 341 338 (“Promoter”).
2. This promotion is a game of chance. It is free to enter, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
3. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PARTICIPATION
1. Entries open on 19 March 2026 and close at midnight on 21 May 2026 and must be electronically submitted via the competition’s website link.
2. Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry to the promotion is limited to one (1) entry per person.
4. If there is a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or eligibility of the entrant or the validity of an entry. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility, they will forfeit the prize and no substitution or compensation will be offered.
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (not the time of transmission).
6. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare an entry to be invalid if that entry has not been submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or where the entrant has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

WINNER
1. An entrant is eligible to win the prize if they are 18 years old and over and a resident of Australia. Entrants must ‘opt in’ to marketing communications with Victoria’s High Country to go in the draw to win a High Country Pedal to Produce Getaway worth $2,500.
2. There will be one (1) winner. All valid entries will be included in the draw. The winner will be randomly drawn by the Promotor before 22 May 2026 and the winner notified within 7 days.
3. The FIRST valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize.
4. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner and deliver the prizes. However, if the prize is not claimed by 8 June 2026, it will be withdrawn.

PRIZE
The prize winner will win:
3 nights’ accommodation in the Rutherglen region; 2 dinners at local restaurants; 2 breakfasts; E-bike hire; at least 2 wine tastings along the Rutherglen Loops. (Airfares not included; prize to be redeemed before 22 May 2028.)

Total prize value: $2,500 inc. GST

1. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
2. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
3. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.

GENERAL
1. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including its service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and awarding the prize. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. 2. By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrant’s consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose, and that the Promoter may contact them for future marketing and material purposes without payment. Eligible Entrants agree that the Promoter may use this information for that purpose.
3. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
