WILD NECTAR HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 butter

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Wild Nectar Honey

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 dried rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 15 15 carrots (800g), peeled and halved lengthwise

  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200°C, fan-forced.
  • In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, rosemary and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place carrots on large baking sheet. Pour over glaze and toss to coat.
  • Roast until caramelised and glazed, 35-40 minutes.
  • Garnish with thyme and a drizzle of Wild Nectar Honey before serving.
