WILD NECTAR HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients
1/4 cup 1/4 butter
2 Tbsp 2 Wild Nectar Honey
1/2 tsp 1/2 dried rosemary
1/2 tsp 1/2 garlic powder
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
15 15 carrots (800g), peeled and halved lengthwise
Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C, fan-forced.
- In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, rosemary and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
- Place carrots on large baking sheet. Pour over glaze and toss to coat.
- Roast until caramelised and glazed, 35-40 minutes.
- Garnish with thyme and a drizzle of Wild Nectar Honey before serving.
