  • Combine 1/3 cup honey, 1-2 Tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on your chilli tolerance!) and 1 Tbsp soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Slather this delicious sauce over chicken thighs and red onion wedges.
  • Roast until cooked through and wonderfully golden and sticky.
  • Scatter with sesame seeds and micro herbs and serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.

  • You can top it
    Drizzle sauce over a wedge of triple-cream brie next time you create a  special cheese platter.
  • Toss it
    Toss steamed carrots and a few sprigs of thyme in a hot frying pan with a generous spoonful of honey, and cook until beautifully caramelised.
  • And sip it
    Add a spoonful to a mug of boiling water with sliced lemon for a soothing, warming drink.
