Sticky Honey, Soy And Sriracha Chicken
Method
- Combine 1/3 cup honey, 1-2 Tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on your chilli tolerance!) and 1 Tbsp soy sauce in a bowl.
- Slather this delicious sauce over chicken thighs and red onion wedges.
- Roast until cooked through and wonderfully golden and sticky.
- Scatter with sesame seeds and micro herbs and serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.

Drizzle sauce over a wedge of triple-cream brie next time you create a special cheese platter. - Toss it
Toss steamed carrots and a few sprigs of thyme in a hot frying pan with a generous spoonful of honey, and cook until beautifully caramelised. - And sip it
Add a spoonful to a mug of boiling water with sliced lemon for a soothing, warming drink.
