Ingredients

  • 185 g 185 jar AYAM™ Malaysian Laksa Curry Paste

  • 135 ml 135 AYAM™ Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 water or vegetable stock

  • 250 g 250 fried soybean curd or tofu, sliced

  • 250 g 250 prawns, cooked and peeled

  • 2 2 cakes of AYAM™ Instant Noodles

  • 100 g 100 bean sprouts

  • Coriander, chopped, to garnish

Method

  • Combine laksa paste, coconut milk and water or vegetable stock in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover and bring to the boil.
  • Add soybean curd or tofu and prawns, then reduce heat.
  • Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and divide noodles between 2 bowls.
  • Ladle soup over noodles. Top with bean sprouts and coriander to serve.
