185 g 185 jar AYAM™ Malaysian Laksa Curry Paste
135 ml 135 AYAM™ Coconut Milk
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 water or vegetable stock
250 g 250 fried soybean curd or tofu, sliced
250 g 250 prawns, cooked and peeled
2 2 cakes of AYAM™ Instant Noodles
100 g 100 bean sprouts
Coriander, chopped, to garnish
Method
- Combine laksa paste, coconut milk and water or vegetable stock in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover and bring to the boil.
- Add soybean curd or tofu and prawns, then reduce heat.
- Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and divide noodles between 2 bowls.
- Ladle soup over noodles. Top with bean sprouts and coriander to serve.
