Method

  • Toss a little Beerenberg Miso Maple Pork recipe base over halved broccolini stems and thinly sliced ocean trout fillets.
  • Pan-fry until golden and just cooked through. Meanwhile, cook Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Turmeric Rice Noodles following packet directions.
  • Drain, toss with a little more Miso Maple recipe base and pan-fry until hot.
  • Serve trout and broccolini on noodles, scattered with sliced green shallots, shiso, basil leaves and dried chilli flakes.
