Ingredients

  • 1 1 pork fillet

  • 1 1 punnet green beans

  • 1 1 punnet shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 jar 1 miso honey sauce

  • 1 1 bunch Asian greens

  • 1 packet 1 udon noodles

  • From your pantry
  • Olive oil

  • 1 tsp 1 sesame seeds

  • 1 small 1 chilli (optional)

Method

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Remove pork fillet from the packaging and pat dry. Slice the pork into thin strips and set aside. On a separate chopping board, cut the tops off the green beans and finely slice the shiitake mushrooms.
  • In a large pan, drizzle 1 Tbsp of olive oil and sear the pork strips for approx. 2-3 mins. Add the mushrooms and sear for another 3 minutes, then add the miso sauce and ½ cup of water, bring to the boil and reduce to medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add Asian greens, green beans and the udon noodles into the pot of salted boiling water and boil for 4 mins. Drain and serve with honey miso pork. For a special touch, serve your miso pork with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and chilli.
