Ingredients

  • 125 g 125 butter

  • 7 7 -10 sage leaves, extra for garnish

  • 100 ml 100 water

  • 1 pack 1 mamma emma pumpkin gnocchi

  • Amaretti biscuits, to taste

  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, to taste

  • Black pepper

Method

  • In non-stick pan, melt butter with sage leaves. Leave a few aside for decoration.
  • Once butter is melted, add water and bring to gentle boil.
  • Add gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
  • While gnocchi are cooking, crush amaretti biscuits.
  • Season with cheese and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve on plate and garnish with crushed amaretti and sage leaves.
