
Mamma Emma Pumpkin Gnocchiwith Butter, Sage and Crushed Amaretti

125 g 125 butter
7 7 -10 sage leaves, extra for garnish
100 ml 100 water
1 pack 1 mamma emma pumpkin gnocchi
Amaretti biscuits, to taste
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, to taste
Black pepper
Method
- In non-stick pan, melt butter with sage leaves. Leave a few aside for decoration.
- Once butter is melted, add water and bring to gentle boil.
- Add gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
- While gnocchi are cooking, crush amaretti biscuits.
- Season with cheese and black pepper to taste.
- Serve on plate and garnish with crushed amaretti and sage leaves.
