

Kefir Pancakes ‘Oladi’

2 cups 2 all-purpose flour
2 tsp 2 baking powder
3/4 tsp 3/4 baking soda
2 tbs 2 sugar
1 tsp 1 salt
400 g 400 organic natural or natural probiotic Kefir
2 2 free range eggs
2 tbs 2 olive oil
Method
- Gently mix together all the ingredients and create a batter. The batter shouldn’t be too thin or too thick.
- Ladle the batter onto a heated pan and wait until they form bubbles.
- Flip to other side until ready.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve warm with a topping of your choice … and enjoy the wholesome taste.
