GOLDEN HONEY HALOUMI

Ingredients
1 Tbsp 1 olive oil
400 g 400 fresh haloumi, thickly sliced
1 Tbsp 1 Wild Nectar Honey, Orange Blossom or Organic (to taste)
Finely grated zest of 1/2 orange
Fresh thyme
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan over high heat. Add haloumi in batches and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until golden.
- Return all haloumi to pan. To serve, drizzle with honey, and scatter with zest and fresh thyme
