Method

  • Toss pumpkin wedges with a little Harris Farm Markets Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, season and roast until golden and tender.
  • Meanwhile, microwave or pan-fry sesame falafel until warmed through.
  • Serve on a bed of Harris Farm Markets Imperfect Picks Smoky Eggplant & Yoghurt Dip, with watercress, mint leaves, ground sumac, extra virgin olive oil and an extra drizzle of pomegranate balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve with flat bread on the side.

  • Just a splash
    Add a dash of pomegranate balsamic vinegar to a dish of extra virgin olive oil, then serve it up with crusty bread for dipping.
  • Do a drizzle
    Up your hummus game, and drizzle a little pomegranate balsamic vinegar over the top, just before serving.
