Delish Brekkie Tacos
Method
- Warm taco shells following packet directions.
- Fry eggs and bacon rashers in a frying pan until crispy.
- Layer eggs and bacon in warmed taco shells, along with baby spinach leaves, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, tomato chutney, crumbled feta, and green chilli and lemon wedges.
