Terms and Conditions:

The giveaway consists of one prize package for two (2) people for a 7 day-long cruise around Greek islands with retail value estimated at Australian Dollar Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty ($5,250), the cost of which to be fully borne by the Company (“Giveaway”). The fulfillment of the Giveaway and consumer guarantees as per laws applicable to the Company in the jurisdiction in which it operates, shall be the sole responsibility of the Company. The conditions of the Giveaway are as stipulated below:

Notice Period to Travel: The winner of the Giveaway must provide the Company with a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice when selecting Giveaway travel dates. Bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply in August and September, but the Company will use its best endeavour to provide an available cabin for the Giveaway winner during those busier months.
Cruise: 7-Night Idyllic Aegean Celestyal Cruise for 2 people (including the winner) to travel together and stay in 1 cabin (Sharing a XA type cabin). Cruise includes on-board dining and complimentary select drinks and beverages during food service hours, all port and service charges and entertainment program on board. Moreover a free AU$110 discount for pre-booked shore excursions per person.
Giveaway Validity Period: The Giveaway will be valid until the end of 2024.
Delay/Cancellation due to force majeure events, including CoVid-19 or other unforeseen event: in accordance with the Company’s booking terms as set out in https://celestyal.com/conditions-of-carriage/ (“Giveaway Conditions”)

Other terms and conditions relating to the Giveaway:

The Company and/or its affiliated companies and/or its officers and/or its employees and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inability to perform the voyage or provide all services or itineraries arising from any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken by the Company and/or its affiliated companies and/or its officers and/or its employees and/or agents including (without limitation) technical problems, war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of terrorist activity, riots, civil commotion, disaster, pandemic, epidemic, Act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, closure of ports, strikes or other industrial action, medical problems on board the ship or at intended ports, including, in each case, incidents of infectious or other diseases or illnesses, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency and adverse weather conditions.
If for any reason a winner does not redeem the Giveaway within twelve (12) months from the date of announcement of winner, then the prize will be forfeited.
Prize must be redeemed during the Company’s operating season which is generally the period between mid-April to mid-October each year and this operating season may differ slightly from year to year.
The Giveaway winner and his/her guests are advised to check government travel advice before booking and embarking on any travel and are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and other travel documentation (including, without limitation, proof of COVID-19 vaccination in an appropriate form, if required) at their own cost.
No changes are permitted once cruise tickets have been issued. The Giveaway is non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. It cannot be bartered, refunded, or sold. The Giveaway, or any unused portion of the Giveaway, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Giveaway winner must provide the Company with a testimonial post-cruise which may be used in publicity activities.
Giveaway Winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as reasonably required, in reasonable publicity activities relating to the Competition, including being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded, of no more than an hour in total and provided that there is no requirement for the Giveaway Winner and/or any of his/her companion(s) who redeemed the Prize together with the Giveaway Winner to travel and to incur any costs and expenses. Giveaway Winner authorizes the Company to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
If a Giveaway is unavailable for reasons beyond the Company’s control, the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from a regulatory authority.

The Company warrants that the Giveaway Conditions shall not be amended or altered without prior written consent of partnering company and any other terms and conditions to be imposed by the Company pertaining to the Giveaway shall: (i) be sufficiently communicated to the participants and winner; (ii) not contradict any Giveaway Conditions unless so amended or altered with prior written consent; and (iii) shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
