CAMEMBERT WITH BLUEBERRIES, NUTS AND HONEY

Ingredients
2 Tbsp 2 natural almonds
2 Tbsp 2 pecans
200 – 250 g 200 – 250 whole round camembert or brie, at room temperature
1/2 cup 1/2 fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp 2 honey, warmed Toasted sliced ciabatta or baguette or crackers, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, fan-forced.
- Spread nuts over a baking tray. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until slightly darker brown in colour and fragrant. Cool slightly.
- Unwrap camembert and place on a serving plate. Scatter over toasted nuts and blueberries. Drizzle with warm honey. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
