Beef Eye Fillet With Sesame Noodles
Method
- Drizzle Provenir Angus Beef Eye Fillet Steaks with olive oil and season with salt.
- Grill or pan-fry over high heat for about 4 minutes each side for medium-rare. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow meat to rest, then thinly slice.
- Meanwhile, toss cooked Thai rice noodles with blanched green beans, yellow cherry tomatoes and chopped chives.
- Combine Beerenberg Miso Yuzu Dressing with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Toss beef through noodle mixture, drizzle with dressing mixture, then scatter with sesame seeds, roasted peanuts and red chilli.
- Serve with lime wedges and extra coriander.
