Baked Brie With Thyme

200g 200g whole wheel of brie
3 sprigs 3 thyme
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Line a shallow ovenproof dish (that is just slightly larger than the brie) with a piece of baking paper.
- Remove brie from packaging and place inside dish. Use a small, sharp knife to cut a cross-hatch pattern into the top of the brie, without cutting all the way through to the centre. Top with thyme sprigs.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the centre of the brie is warm and gooey. Serve immediately.
