Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • 300 g 300 bacon (Black Forest)

  • 3 Tbsp 3 mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp 1 horseradish paste

  • 1/2 Tbsp 1/2 seeded mustard

  • Salt and pepper

  • 4 4 eggs

  • 1 1 baby cos lettuce

  • 1 1 avocado

  • 4 4 Nonna Panini Di Casa

  • 2 Tbsp 2 butter

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Danish feta cheese

  • 4 Tbsp 4 barbecue sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Bring large frying pan to high heat. Drizzle with olive oil and add bacon. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and place on tray.
  • Add mayonnaise, horseradish paste, mustard, salt and pepper in mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
  • Fry eggs in frying pan with drizzle of olive oil on medium-high heat until bottom of egg is golden and crispy.
  • Pick lettuce leaves, wash, set aside.
  • Finely slice avocado.
  • Slice bread in half, spread with butter, and toast on frying pan for approximately 2 minutes until golden.
  • Warm up bread rolls and bacon in oven before serving.
  • Spread generous amount of horseradish and mayonnaise and assemble bread rolls with crispy bacon, lettuce, avocado, egg, crumbled feta cheese and barbecue sauce.
